How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We at Modern Yodha strive to begin processing the order as soon as it is received. Most orders are processed within the below-mentioned timeline:
- All products are made to order and are printed especially for your order. The orders are processed and dispatched within 3-4 business days.
- Orders after dispatch is typically delivered by courier partner in 4-6 days to metros, and 8-10 days for the rest of India.
- Order are shipped via various reputed courier companies like BlueDart, Delhivery, FedEx and more depending on the best option available at the time of dispatch.
- Processing & Delivery time may vary depending upon the public holidays, courier company, shipping address and other factors (like extreme weather conditions covid lockdown, etc.).
- We will keep you updated with every step of order processing and delivery on the communication details provided by you.
Are there any additional shipping charges?
We provide FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 299 in India. A shipping charge of Rs.60 is payable only on orders below Rs. 299 unless otherwise mentioned during the offer period of free shipping. For Cash on Delivery orders an additional fee of Rs. 99 is applicable.
You can track the status of your order via your account page. The unique tracking link/ID along with the courier partner will be shared on the email and SMS once the order is dispatched.
What if my order is undelivered?
For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will the order amount a refund as Gift Voucher to your registered email id within 24-48 hours of the product marked as RTO by our courier partner.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Currently, we are delivering to the following countries from our websites.
United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, and Australia.
Even if don’t cover your country you can buy the design and product you love from your favorite international store links in the product description of the respective products.

- Customs procedures vary depending from country to country. They may contact you for delivery or payment of additional customs duty.
- Processing & Delivery time may vary depending upon the public holidays, courier company, shipping address, and other factors (like extreme weather conditions covid lockdown, etc.).
- We will keep you updated with every step of order processing and delivery on the communication details provided by you.
Are there any additional shipping charges?
We provide FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above USD/EUR/GBP 15. A shipping charge is payable only on orders below USD/EUR/GBP 15 unless otherwise mentioned during the offer period of free shipping.
Will there be customs duty or taxes to be paid?
The price paid on our website excludes any Custom Duty or other taxes collected in the country of import charged by the respective country’s customs department and has to be borne by the customer. The duties and taxes depending on your country on import may be paid at the time of delivery.

Replacement Policy
We endeavor to provide the best quality and service to ensure complete satisfaction. All our products are dispatched only after going through various industry best quality check procedures. However, if the customer chooses to exchange the product, we accept the exchange under the following conditions:
- All our products are made-to-order. Quality is guaranteed. We recommend you check the size guide for the perfect fit.
We won’t accept exchanges or returns related to the wrong size/model being ordered or anything else related to sizing/fit/model-related returns
- Customers can place an exchange request for their orders within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
- Replacements are only accepted for:
- Wrong Product – Say the customer ordered a large size T-Shirt in Red but received a different color or size than ordered. Further, say the customer ordered design A but received design B.
- Visible Quality Issue – The product received has flawed stitching, defective fabric, or poor print.
- We recommend making a product unpacking video to accelerate your claim for replacement.
- The customers need to provide photo or video proof of the product over email at care@modernyodha.com or WhatsApp at +91-9538130009. Customers are provided replacement free of cost. In the event of the product being out of stock, the order will be refunded. ModernYodha.com reserves the complete right to accept or reject any claim.

- Refunds of Cash on Delivery(CoD), handling charges, or shipping changes will not be provided under any circumstances.
- The exchange/return/refund does not apply to certain products. Read the product description for details before purchase. Returns are not accepted on deeply discounted products.
- All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

How do I cancel my order?
We request you to place an order only if you are certain about buying it as we do not accept cancellation after it has been sent for processing or 12 hours after placing an order whichever is earlier. For prepaid orders, the refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 7-10 business days or issued Gift Voucher. A cancellation fee may be charged to bear the infrastructure cost in case the amount is refunded back to the original payment mode
I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?
